Renovations are our specialty!  We service only historic in-town neighborhoods so we know what it takes to remodel an older home and manage project sites that are typically in tight quarters.  When doing a renovation it’s easy to let the scope creep but Phoenix Renovations is committed to keeping the budget in check and making you aware of any changes and their corresponding impact.

More than just a garage – a carriage house has to blend in to its surroundings and add warmth and function while intruding as little as possible into the limited space of in-town lots.  Many of our carriage houses include wooden beams, stone and complementing textures to enhance your existing home.  They need to be versatile too serving as overflow spaces for entertaining, cabanas, pool house, etc., while still able to serve its basic purpose of housing the family automobile.
